Once you have filled out the form to request a session a family liaison will contact you within 7 days. They will gather all of the information needed for your session including requested dates, location, and other important information needed in matching you with a professional photographer.
Once all of that information has been gathered the family liaison will contact professional photographers near your geographic location and check availability with your requested dates. Once all is confirmed with a photographer you will receive a second e-mail from your family liaison with final details.
The photographer will meet you on the specified date and location. After the session, we ask that photographers have your finalized images back to us within three weeks of your session. Once we have all of your images we ask that you let us know what image you want canvased. We will get that ordered as well as your USB and your credit to mpix.com. Once those have arrived, you will be notified and we will ship them to you along with a print release for your family. You may then print your images for your family and friends.
Q: Will a little rae of hope provide any prints for us?
A: A little rae of hope will send you a canvas for you to enjoy as well as a USB with all of your images, a print credit to mpix.com and a print release. That way, you can print your favorite images in the sizes you wish for your friends and family.
Q: Will our photographer share the images on their business page?
A: A little rae of hope provides a consent form that you may choose to sign allowing us to share your images on a little rae of hope’s page. If you choose to allow your photographer to share on their page as well you must sign a second consent form that the photographer must provide.

Q: My friend/relative is a photographer. Can they take the photos for us through your organization?
A: Unfortunately, no. A little rae of hope goes through an extensive screening process to make sure that we are getting the best photographers, as there is no room for error. If your friend/relative would like to apply to be on our team, please direct them to our webpage and have them apply.
